OBJETIVO

The ample layout flexibility within the eight units was possible by combining two elements. The first is the blade´s peripheral structure, a six meter spanned grid on the larger facades, Clearing the interior from pillars, internally, the concrete columns are complemented by a metallic cowl surronding a shaft and allowing the installation of wet áreas in any part of the units. The beams were siplaced 20 centimeters from the pillar axes to allow the passage of services. The second elemento that takes flexibility to the extreme are diferente facade closure modules. Thus, keeping in mind four divisions inside the gaps. They can be hollow ( for balconies), have glass closures, alternate glass frames and metal plates had even contain perforated plate pannels. There i salso the possibility of the oppenings beign closed by rolling shutters.
The concrete structure gains balance together with the withe metal frames and the transparency of the floor-to-deiling Windows. In addition to increasing the entrance of natual light into the apartments and the cross ventilation, the immense frames enhance the incredible view of Praça Pôr do Sol, in Alto de Pinheiros, one of the greenest and most pleasant neighborhoods in the city.
